Innocent Darkness








It's so difficult for an artist nowadays to stand out from the crowd, not many can.

When I saw his works for the first time, I froze. Absolutely stunning. And Dark. But there is such a deepness in it, crazy. Not many people can feel it.

Artist Statement
My work balances between the figurative and the abstract. I want my work to tell a narrative for the viewer. I have always been fascinated with the figure as a way to capture human emotion. I am constantly pushing the boundary between reality and the surreal, and representing this shift with the human form.


He was born in Fargo, ND. He is an active member of the Fargo-Moorhead Visual Artists Organization (FMVA) as well as the National Art Education Association (NAEA). When he's not creating art, he enjoys being outdoors, biking, and watching/playing several types of sports—especially golf and basketball.
